If you are still dissatisfied after receiving a response from the department, then your complaint (depending on its nature) may be referred to the Director General as Head of Department.
MPs should write to the Director General, Peter Fish, in the first instance with any complaints.
Please note that the Crown Prosecution Service, the Serious Fraud Office and the Treasury Solicitor's Department all have their own, separate complaints procedures.
